Családi programok, futóverseny és koncertek lesznek az V. kerületi Szabadság téren május 11-én az Európa-napon.
A rendezvényen Magyarország EU-s csatlakozásának évfordulóját és az Európa-napot egyaránt ünnepelik. Különlegessé teszi az idei rendezvényt, hogy az unió alapjait lerakó Schuman-nyilatkozat 75. évfordulóját is idén ünnepelik.
Az egész napos programok között ismét nagy hangsúlyt kap a zene
Koncertet ad Járai Márk (Halott Pénz) és Co Lee, Lovasi András, a Kispál és a Borz és a Kiscsillag frontembere pedig különleges, "egyszálgitáros" műsorral várja a közönséget.
A kisebbeket rengeteg társasjáték, izgalmas alkotósarok, különleges interaktív mesejáték és gyerekkoncertek szórakoztatják majd az egész napos programsorozatban.
Fellép Grecsó Krisztián és a Pici Szív Tánczenekar, a Ruttkai Bori Banda, az Apacuka Zenekar,és a gyerekek láthatják majd a Majorka Színház bábelőadását is.
A sportrajongók a már igazi kihívást jelentő távon – 21 kilométeren – mérethetik meg magukat a hagyományos EU-s futáson, amelynek résztvevői minden évben annyi kilométert tesznek meg, ahány éve Magyarország az európai közösség tagja.
A 9 órakor a Szabadság térről elrajtoló verseny útvonala 21 sikeres uniós fejlesztést mutat be a 19 vármegyéből, egyet Budapestről, és ráadásként a 2024-es RegioStars verseny egyik győztes projektjét.
