Május kilencedikén mutatja be első nagylemezét az Interurban. Az elektronikus- és népzenét vegyítő, sokat mondó Villany Folk albumot az A38 Hajón hallhatja először a közönség.
„A lemez utolsó 4 dalát Márti gége és hangszalaggyulladással énekelte föl, ami egy igen kitartó „betegség”, így különösen nagy megkönnyebbüléssel nyugtáztuk, amikor kimondhattuk azt, hogy: Megvan.” – mondja az Interurban egyik fele, Makkay Imre arról, milyen nehézségeket éltek át a felvétel folyamán.
„Minden dalnak mondanivalója van számunkra és bízunk benne, hogy a közönségünk számára is. Ezek nem csak azért kerültek összeházasításra az Imó által kidolgozott elektronikus zenei alapokkal, mert illenek rájuk, hanem azért, mert minket belül megérintenek. Lett közben egy mottónk, ami erre az albumra tökéletesen illik: „Ahol a népdal az elektronikus zenébe költözött”.
Az alkotási folyamat az elejétől kezdve úgy zajlik, hogy az Imó megír egy zenei alapot, körülbelül 80 %-os kidolgozottsággal, amire én megkeresem a megfelelő népdalt. Valamikor rögtön beugrik, de van olyan, hogy ez egy hosszabb folyamat, mint a Mintha szállnék esetében. Évekig nem éreztem, mi illene rá, sőt nagyon sokszor saját dallamos angol szöveges dalt dúdoltam.” egészíti ki az Interurban másik fele Muzsnyai Márti, hogyan is született meg ez az anyag.
Az albumot az elejétől a végéig az alkotópáros műve, majd Szőke Csaba véglegesítette a Gainlab Studioban. A lemezbemutató koncerten is egy harmadik ember egészíti ki a produkciót, Nord Drummer Viktor személyében, de nem csak hús és bőr szereplőket láthat a közönség a színpadon.
„A lemez teljes anyagán kívül már egy dallal elővillantjuk mi várható ezután. Velünk lesznek a robotok is. Mindenhova visszük magunkkal őket, ahova csak beférnek. A zenéink készítése közben rengeteg mezőgazdasági és egyéb ipari gép hangját használjuk, ami első hallásra furcsa lehet, de ez az érdeklődési körömből fakad, így saját jegyként kezeljük. Innen ”csak” egy lépés, hogy néhány saját építésű gépet magunkkal vigyünk, hiszen ezek vagyunk.” – meséli Márti és Imó a lemezbemutatóról.
Egy különleges koncerten vehetnek részt tehát azok, akik május kilencedikén az A38 Hajóra látogatnak, ahol nem csak az Interurban, de a macedón Iskra is színpadra lép. A koncertre a jegyeket itt érhetitek el.
