Október 23-26. között rendezik meg a CsabaParkban Magyarország egyik legnagyobb gasztrokulturális eseményét, a Csabai Kolbászfesztivált.
A fesztivál felvezetéseként október 9-én tartják a nemzetközi szárazkolbász-verseny zsűrizését a Csabai Rendezvénypajtában. A díjakat a fesztivál nyitónapján adják át.
Szárazkolbász-versenyre is lehetett jelentkezni
A szárazkolbász-versenyre mű- és természetes bélbe töltött szárazkolbásszal lehetett nevezni. Húsüzemek, magánszemélyek, kolbászt árusításra vagy saját fogyasztásra készítők egyaránt jelentkezhettek.
A csabai kolbász és a hagyományőrző programok kerülnek középpontba
Lesz disznóvágás-bemutató, kézműves vásár, mezőgazdasági kiállítás, és a családok számára is készülnek programokkal.
Minden generációt változatos gasztronómiai, kulturális és zenei programokkal várnak
A fesztivál nyitónapján, október 23-án a gyerekeké lesz a főszerep: óvodások és iskolások mérik össze tudásukat a kolbászkészítő versenyen. Pénteken a középiskolások és egyetemisták kolbászkészítő versenyével indul a nap.
A fesztivál csúcspontja a szombati nap, akkor rendezik a nemzetközi kolbászgyúró versenyt.
A vasárnap a családok és a hagyományok napja lesz
A cégek kolbászgyúró versenye mellett töltöttkáposzta-főző verseny és színes záróprogramok várják a közönséget. A gyermekeknek szól az Alma Együttes és a Kicsi Gesztenye Klub.
Zenei fellépők
A belépődíjas rendezvény fellépői között lesz a Csík Zenekar, a Bagossy Brothers Company, Beton.Hofi, a Bohemian Betyars, a Parno Graszt, a Gypo Circus Szirota Jenniferrel, a Follow The Flow, a Halott Pénz, Fásy Ádám és a Gypsy Kings, továbbá a NOX, DESH és Regán Lili. Nemzetközi fellépőként a Britain’s Got Talentből Taryn Charles-t is láthatja a közönség.
