Jaroslaw Lukomski közismert szinkronszínészként Lengyelországban.
Jaroslaw Lukomski lengyel előadóművész pert indított Lengyelországban egy cég ellen, mert egy reklámfilmben a tudta és beleegyezése nélkül olyan hangalámondást használtak, amelyet mesterséges intelligencia készített az ő hangja felhasználásával; ez az első ilyen jellegű bírósági ügy Lengyelországban - jelentette a Polsat News kereskedelmi hírtelevízió.
A reklámfilmet egy, szennyvízgyűjtő tartályokat gyártó cég készíttette, feltehetőleg a Lukomski hangját tartalmazó korábbi felvételek alapján.
Az így létrehozott alámondáshoz nem kérték Lukomski hozzájárulását, nem fizettek neki a szerzői jogaiért, nem is tájékoztatták őt a reklámfilm elkészítéséről.
"Ők nem érzik, hogy a hang akármilyen módon az emberi identitás része lenne, és azt hiszik, hogy bármit megtehetnek vele" - nyilatkozott Lukomski a Polsat Newsnak.
- Az emberi hang "különleges védelem alatt áll", biometrikus jellemzőnek számít, akárcsak az arckép
- fogalmazott a Polsat Newsnak Joanna Swiebocka-Wiek, a krakkói Jagelló Egyetem mesterséges intelligencia szakának vezetője.
Az érintett cég úgy látja, hogy nem követett el jogsértést, a reklámfilmben felhasznált hang szerinte a mesterséges intelligenciáé, és nem Lukomskié.
Az onet.pl lengyel hírportál Lukomski ügyvédjét idézi, aki szerint az előadóművész hangját nemcsak az őt ismerő emberek azonosították a filmben, hanem az átvételt a mesterséges intelligencia felhasználásával is megerősítették.
