Az MBH Bank Gourmet Fesztivál zárónapján a kulináris kalandozások és a színházi műfaj improvizatív elemei elegyednek a közönség előtt formálódó gasztro-kulturális élménnyé. A Flódni című előadás „alapanyagait” két összetevő adja: egyrészt Stahl Judit gasztronómiai szakértelme, másrészt neves színészek improvizációs talentuma, a produktum pedig egyedi és megismételhetetlen.
Amit láthatunk, az egy „improvizációs gasztroszínház, sok röhögéssel, alapvetően édes ízben, és némi savanykás zamattal” – meséli Stahl Judit, a Flódni előadás megálmodója. A recept pofonegyszerű: elegyítik a színházi rögtönzést, a gasztronómia kultúrtitkait és a hajdani zsidó Budapest történetét. Aztán az improvizációs műfaj négy kiváló színésze tálalja a nézőknek Stahl Judit főztjét. „Pont olyan sül ki belőle, mint egy finom flódni” – meséli Stahl. Az előadást – melynek szituációs ötleteiben jelentős szerepet vállalt Stahl Judit lánya, Stahl-Bohus Hanna is - egy kiváló színészgárda viszi színpadra, így az MBH Bank Gourmet Fesztivál programhelyszínén az improvizációs színjátszás kiválóságai, Jordán Adél, Stefanovics Angéla, Kálloy Molnár Péter és Szabó Győző lépnek majd színre.
